Degenerative lumbar stenosis in elderly patients is a serious health problem, surgical treatment seems to be the best results but presents the question of whether all patients with this disease should be treated with the same technique. The purpose was to show the results of the surgical treatment of degenerative lumbar stenosis in patients over 75 years.
